Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver your orders inside the city of Mansoura as quickly as possible and with the utmost care. Below are the delivery details.

Order Preparation

• Orders are processed and packaged within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
• Shipping is not available on Fridays and official holidays.
• Orders are confirmed by phone before shipping in cases that require clarification.

Delivery Zone

Delivery is available inside the city of Mansoura only. Orders with a delivery address outside Mansoura cannot be completed, and we will contact you immediately to confirm the address or cancel the order.

Delivery Time & Cost

• The delivery cost is clearly displayed on the checkout page before confirming the purchase.
• Cash on delivery is available with the delivery cost added to the invoice.

Receiving Your Order

• Please inspect the package upon delivery before signing, and verify the products and their quantity.
• In case of visible external damage, please document it with photos before opening the package and contact us immediately.

Exchange Policy

You can request a product exchange within 14 days of receipt if the product does not match the order or has a manufacturing defect, provided it is in its original condition and full packaging. Custom 3D printed products (made to order) are excluded from exchange unless there is a clear defect on our part.
